Technically there is the option to rip your PS3 disc using a pc bluray drive, but this is only possible with one of a limited list of specific models, and I don't know how easy they are to find, or how affordable. You need a good PC to emulate anything wiith RPCS3. Even then some games are still not playable yet or aren't fully optimized yet, so you would need an even more powerful machine to bruteforce through those. It's cheaper to get a real PS3. You might not get 4K resolution or 60fps+ but at least you will get a consistent experience for cheap/.
N64 games on PS3 have terrible performance. For emulation take PC. PS3 can play PS1 games, most of PS2 games and some PSP games, also if you wanna really play some emulators on the system, RetroArch is your thing, and it allows you to play NES, SNES and Genesis/32X/SegaCD games.
