The base game alone is an excellent, sprawling open world with great character moments, strong narrative missions, and satisfying (if very traditional) combat. Odyssey is essentially just more Origins, but it feels rushed - compared to the more polished Origins. The game is massive. And the rewards for each god's domain is really worth it. pcigre. • 4 yr. ago. The Fate of Atlantis DLC is a must. It has three huge maps/chapters and brings the story to conclusion. My question is if I buy the ac gold game will the dlc be able to be used for my current game or will I have to play the game again on the gold edition to have access to the dlc. Arkham Origins is worth playing, while I would not consider it as good as Arkham Asylum or Arkham City, It still brings a new story and more of the great Arkham gameplay we know and love. So yes I would say it is worth it. In terms of story I personally feel its' the best in the Arkhamverse so far. Like every Assassin's Creed game, I don't like about half of what the developers built, lol. I just love the other half so much that I usually suffer through it. This is the first game in the series that I've played where I don't have to suffer through it -- I can just turn off the part I don't like. Consider the Origins main game, Hidden Ones, Curse of the Pharaohs as Bayek Trilogy. It is absolutely worth it, i wouldn’t say it’s better than curse of the pharaoh i think they’re both great. The dlc just kind of shows a little bit of what happens after the base game and shows how Bayek basically becomes an urban legend. UJwEC.
